Dr. Becca Satterwhite is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. From an early age, she was blessed with a love for animals and a passion to care for pets and the people who love them. She earned an Animal Science degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA, and graduated from UC Davis Veterinary School. She pursued advanced training in emergency and specialty medicine in a one-year internship at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists in Clackamas, OR and has worked as a general practice veterinarian for several years in Portland since.
Dr. Satterwhite loves everything about dogs and cats. Her special interests lie in urgent care, dentistry, ophthalmology, internal medicine, and wellness care. In her time away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, Golden Retriever, and long haired calico cat. The Pacific Northwest is the perfect place for her to enjoy a lot of the things she loves: all four seasons, beautiful scenery, gardening, hiking, kind people, pet-friendly cities, and good food and drinks.
